Marta Checa-Gracia – My Story
I am originally from Spain, where I completed my undergraduate and master’s degrees before moving to the UK. I qualified as an ACCA while working in corporate finance, but early in my career I found myself gravitating toward roles that linked finance directly to business performance and commercial outcomes.
Over time, my focus shifted naturally toward the sectors I feel most connected to: luxury, beauty and fragrance.
Rather than listing every company I have worked with, I prefer to tell the story of a progression — each role expanding my remit, deepening my impact and moving me closer to what I do today: helping ambitious brands grow through sharp financial strategy and commercial alignment.
